Sparkfun WRL-11395 Electric Imp provides an easy, integrated way to connect almost any hardware device or other devices to internet services. The Electric Imp is a WiFi-enabled development platform powered by a Cortex-M3 processor core. This Electric Imp is an integrated platform that deals with the drudgery of connectivity, which allows concentrating on the application instead of the mechanics. The WRL-11395 Electric Imp is developed in a language called “Squirrel" with extensions to communicate with the hardware interfaces and the service.
