MACOM MADT-011000 Power Detectors

MACOM MADT-011000 Power Detectors are single-ended, internally matched power detectors with wide input bandwidth and high dynamic range. These ESD-protected devices are available in a 3mm 16-lead QFN package or a fully passivated 100µm thick GaAs die. MACON MADT-011000 Power Detectors consume 70μA from a 4.5V supply, while matched detector and reference diodes provide temperature compensation in differential operation. These power detectors offer a 30dB dynamic range and are well suited for power control in microwave radios, test and measurement equipment, and radar applications.
