Displaytech DT070CTFT 7" LCD Modules

Displaytech DT070CTFT 7 inches LCD Modules are active matrix TFTs based on a-Si TFT technology. These TFT modules contain a color TFT-LCD panel, driver ICs, FPC, and a backlight unit. The 7 inches display area contains a resolution of 800(RGB) x 480 pixels. This LCD is available with a resistive or capacitive touchscreen panel. These LCD modules also use the Himax HX8264E + HX8664B display drivers. Applications include digital equipment which needs a color display and mobile navigator/video systems.
