The BPT-BP1A34 phototransistor is mounted in a lensed, special dark, low-cost plastic package and boasts high sensitivity. The BPT-BP2931 features a 30V collector-emitter voltage, 0.3mA minimum light current, 100nA maximum dark current, and a 30° viewing angle.
