SN74LV8T540/-Q1 Octal Inverting Buffer/Drivers

Texas Instruments SN74LV8T540/-Q1 Octal Inverting Buffer/Drivers feature eight inverters with 3-state outputs. The device offers a 540 function with the same capabilities as the 240 function, but with a flow-through pinout. The active-low output enable pins (OE1 and OE2) control all eight channels and must both be low for the outputs to be active. The input is developed with a reduced-threshold circuit to support up translation when the supply voltage is greater than the input voltage. Furthermore, the 5V-tolerant input pins allow down-translation when the input voltage exceeds the supply voltage. The output level is always referenced to the supply voltage (VCC) and supports 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, and 5V CMOS levels.
