Micro Commercial Components (MCC) CSPx Uni/Bidirectional ESD Diodes feature high-power performance, enhanced density, and heat dissipation within a compact CSP1006-2 package. These diodes provide robust and reliable protection from electrostatic events. The uni/bidirectional ESD diodes offer peak pulse power from 1350W to 1600W, VRWM between 3.3V and 4.8V voltage, and a low clamping voltage of15V to 16.5V. These diodes withstand air and contact discharges of ±30kV.
