MTSM340UV UV LEDs

Marktech Optoelectronics MTSM340UV UV LEDs are high-reliability surface-mount UV LED emitters designed for applications requiring high radiant power output and accuracy. These LEDs emit light at a peak wavelength of 340nm and support forward currents up to 600mA. The MTSM340UV-D3035 LEDs feature 80mW (typical) radiant flux and 35° (typical) viewing angle. The MTSM340UV-D3065 LEDs feature 85mW (typical) radiant flux and 70° (typical) viewing angle. The MTSM340UV LEDs are available in a 3.5mm x 3.5mm metal-sealed SMD hemispherical lens package. These LEDs are ideally suited for UV curing, optical sensors, and protein analysis.
