Cal Test Electronics CT4432 High-Voltage Oscilloscope Probe features a dual precision design that accurately and safely steps down higher oscilloscope voltages to acceptable levels. The CT4432 offers 1000x attenuation, a 5pF to 50pF compensation with a wide range of capacitance matching in a 0 to +50°C operating temperature range, and a two-year warranty. The CT4432 High-Voltage Oscilloscope Probe enables safe measurement of voltage levels up to 10kV.
