The isolators offer outstanding performance and proven galvanic isolation. To protect data signals, these iCoupler digital isolators provide the industry's highest surge protection of 16kVpk and withstand voltage ratings up to 5kVrms. For additional surge protection, the isolators have a 10KV reinforced surge rating. To support high-speed communications and data integrity, the isolators have 150Mbps throughput, 14ns max. propagation delay, and 100kV/µs transient immunity. The isolators provide high 100kV/µs common-mode transient immunity and tight channel matching at 3.0ns maximum. The isolators’ data channels are independent and available in a variety of configurations. The data channels have a 150Mbps maximum data rate and a 3.0kV_RMS or 3.75kV_RMS withstand voltage rating.
